Return/refund conditions

1. Items received within 7 days.

2. The returned items must be unopened or kept in good original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that are returned directly to us without consent.

4. You are responsible for the return freight and the freight for the first shipment.

5. After-sales warranty is 7 days after receiving the package (according to the logistics information).

If you find any product quality issues (tear, incomplete, shrinkage, etc.) in the after-sales warranty, please contact us immediately and send us a clear picture of the defective product. We can replace it after inspection.

Please do not throw away the lens and lens packaging until the problem is solved. We have several different packages, and the lens colors of different packages may be different.


1. Before opening the items, please check if they are damaged or have the wrong color.

2. There is only one after-sale privilege for each order.

3. If the color is not what you expect/want when the product is correct, or the parameters ordered do not suit your eyes, it cannot be replaced, returned or refunded.

Return/refund process

1. Please send an email to, we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Please tell us your order details in the email: your name, order number and reason.
Please do not return the lens according to the return address on the package, because we cannot receive it at that place.

2. Put the items in the original packaging.

If the packaging is damaged and the product is opened, it cannot be returned

3. Place the package at the carrier.

After returning the package to us, please provide the tracking number and website to track the logistics information

4. We received your return package.

After receiving the returned package, we will check whether the package is in good condition, and then we will return the refund to your account according to the return conditions.
